WE’RE COMING
TO YOUR PLACE
Design only truly lives when it is inhabited. It is in your home, in my home, in living rooms and kitchens. In this section, we cross the threshold to discover the intimate story that links a person to their favorite object.
Tell me what object you keep, I’ll tell you who you are. To report on the place of design in our lives, we meet personalities or anonymous people. We ask them to tell us the story of their favorite object, the one they would not part with for anything in the world.
Sometimes, the object in question tenderly flirts with the arts, ancestral know-how and traditional craftsmanship. This is the case with our first reports around the rug. David Cannon, a British man of Canadian origin living in London, tells us his. And soon, we hope to reveal the hidden treasures of Catherine Deneuve, a great lover of design…
Collectors, enthusiasts or simple users, they open their doors to us for a sentimental guided tour.
